This section will explain the different possible conversion triggers you can have per product. These triggers will define the commissions that the Restaurant Hero Licensee will receive per converted lead.  


Each trigger will consist of a Trigger TypeExecution TypeType, and Amount. There can be multiple triggers per product. Please contact your Restaurant Heros account manager to validate the proper execution and actual inclusion of the necessary triggers as this section is informational only, you do not have access to modify these yourself.

  • Trigger Type

    • Normal | Predefined set amount

    • Custom | Price set at time of conversion

      • This allows for instances such as when 3 subscription tiers are possible so you can set the amount once you convert the sale.

  • Execution Type

    • Every Payment | For every payment including the first regardless of other additional triggers added to the product

    • First Payment | Will only apply on the first payment created at the time of conversion

    • Second Payment Plus | Triggers on the second month's payment, the month after conversion, and all payments thereafter until the product's customer comes to an end date.

  • Type + Amount

    • The $ amount as it relates to the products price

      • For commissions based on % of totals simply enter the $ amount that would equal too.

    • A blank $ amount that will be entered at the time of conversion

Trigger Examples

  • Normal - First Payment - $150

    • A 1 time $150 payment awarded at the time of conversion

  • Custom - Every Payment - $

    • Defined as TBD (Effectively $0) unless defined at time of conversion or at the time of updating a subscription later in the life cycle of the subscription. Allowing the amount to be entered once the customer is sold on the preferred pricing package at the time of conversion or later in the subscription lifespan.
