Clicking on the Referrals link in the top navigation will take you to the Referrals page. The Referral page shows data about your referrals based on the filters located at the top of the page:

  • Search: Allows you to search on any value within any column. Having data here will result in the data being displayed to limit itself based on the search query.

  • Month: Allows you to pick a specific month and year to see the Referrals submitted within that specific month.

Within the data columns for the Referrals page you can review the following pieces of information about each referral.

  • ID: Internal reference number you can share with the Restaurant Heros support department if needed to help identify the referral in question.

  • Licensee: The licensee whom the referral came from and who is on point to receive any commissions on the referral.

  • Name: The customer's name that is being referred.

  • Business: The customer's business name that is being referred.

  • Email: The customers email address that is being referred.

  • Date Created: The date the referral was created

  • Status:

    • Lead: Defined as a new lead not yet converted or lost.

    • Converted: Shows that a referral was successfully referred

    • Cancelled: If a referral needs to be cancelled, possibly due to requiring another referral submission, please contact TRH support. Once placed in cancelled status it will show here. LOST REFERRALS DO NOT NEED TO BE CANCELLED: They will simply stay in the status of lead if they are not sold.

  • Action: If there is a pencil icon you can manually convert your referral from here.

Below the data columns, in the lower left, you can use the #/page dropdown to change the number of referrals within the data columns at one time. You can select from 10, 25, 50, & 100.

Below the data columns, in the lower right, you can use the page numbers to locate more referrals if there are more than can fit in the current data column set.

Exporting Referrals

Below the data columns, in the lower left, you can use the [Copy] or the [CSV] buttons to get a copy of all referrals for the current month as defined by the MONTH filter at the top of the page.

  • Copy: Will copy the referrals to your PC/Device clipboard allowing you to paste the data into another program, such as notepad.

  • CSV: Initiates a download of the referrals in a CSV file to be later opened in a supporting program, such as Microsoft Excel.

Converting Referrals

Clicking on the pencil icon in the Action column will allow you to convert a referral lead.  You can NOT edit a converted referral on this page; you will need to click on the subscription link to edit them as they will now be a subscription upon being converted from lead to converted status. The following options are available to you when clicking on the pencil icon to do the conversion:

  • Product Price: Shown as the default product price listed for your product.

  • Date Converted: Select the date the sale converted. This will directly affect the subscription status.

  • Additional field values available upon request. If you need to include additional information per manual conversion please let your Restaurant Heros account manager know.

  • Payout Triggers

    • If Empty there are no triggers set up. If this is incorrect please contact your Restaurant Heros account manager.

    • Non-custom triggers will be displayed as a reference to you so you can validate the way the commissions will be awarded once you convert the referral.

    • Custom triggers will require an amount to be entered

      • Entering Amount below the Date Converted field will apply to all custom Payout Triggers requiring an amount. This will not affect any non-custom triggers.

      • Leaving the amount field below the Date Converted field empty allows you to specify an amount per custom trigger.

        • Use a 0 if this amount is not yet ready to be applied. You can update this later on the Subscriptions page when needed.

        • Based on the trigger description this amount will be a straight $ amount paid in commissions to the licensee.
